This role is responsible for the ideation, creation and distribution of content that will live across multiple online channels. 


As a key member of the team, when it comes to storytelling, you will be a natural creator, passionate and go-getting.
You’ll work across multiple brands, including the DUCKLIFE brand, building our story online and will execute campaigns bringing creative expression to our content. 


You’ll support and grow with the team and will play a critical role in bringing our voice to life, create game-changing content, and will be expected to bring a fresh perspective and energy to your work.


Reporting to:
Head of Social



  • Produce engaging and impactful social media content, ranging from stills to video to be used across various communication platforms

  • Responding creatively to communications briefs, translating key messages or concepts into strategies

  • Develop and implement social strategies and content calendars

  • Measure, track and report social media channels on a weekly basis

  • Responsible for scheduling and distribution of all assets

  • Managing multiple client accounts at any one time, and build and maintain strong client relationships 

  • Support AGM by tracking and reviewing client scope, ensuring client requests remain within agreed scope

  • Work with the DUCKLIFE content and creative department to ensure content is informative and all social assets are in line with brand guidelines and identities 

  • Keep on top of emerging trends in the media and design trends, in order to use them within the daily operations, to enhance the workflow and ensure the highest quality

  • Work with clients to define the right approach for influencer marketing, set objectives, identify and liaise with influencers on a campaign basis

  • Build relationships with customers and respond to comments in a timely manner


  • 2+ years' experience in a creative/content role

  • Strong working knowledge of Creative programs such as Adobe Creative Suite software, Premier, Photoshop and InDesign. You must know your way round a camera (smartphone too).

  • Ability to create interesting and varied content in line with the strategy

  • Expert knowledge of social media channels, social tools and technologies to make content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc

  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients and projects from original concept through to completion

  • Excellent understanding of what encourages engagement on social media platforms, how to measure the success of posts and the differences across platforms

  • Strong presentation, speaking and copywriting skills, English & Arabic

  • Attention to detail and good time-management
